What makes a great sandwich? What does it take to make a great sandwich? How do you create the world's best sandwich?

Every sandwich starts with the bread. This particular style sandwich is made with an Italian style Tuscan Focaccia flat bread. It is generously filled with high in quality fresh ingredients provided from the local farmers in the surrounding area.
It contains a high-quality variety of Italian meats, cheeses and other toppings.

Our most famous sandwich is none other than the original. First on our menu and the one sandwich that got it all started for us. None other then ( The Classic Crispy #35 )
This sandwich we created simply just out of hunger.
How we created this delicious sandwich.
We had an idea for a sandwich, the bread needed to be perfectly golden brown and crispy, the cheese needed to be perfectly melted and it must have the correct cheese pull and stretch. The ingredients needed to be fresh.
When you bite into a sandwich it needs to have loads of flavor. The crust of the bread, the gooeyness of the cheese the savory flavor of the unions and the mushrooms. It all had to come together in one bite. The perfect bite. And then not to forget it has to be perfectly spiced. With correct protein selection. It all has to blend together to make an explosion of flavor in your mouth like no other. What type of spices did we use in order to elevate a sandwich like that. Questions, questions. Now you might think. Is this all worth it just for a sandwich. Well I can tell you. You bet your "ass" it is.
Why deprive yourself of an absolutely amazing and mouth watering piece of artwork for your mouth. Just to make a mediocre sandwich, when you can have the sandwich that you craved for ever since you came home from a long days work and needed something to that can blow you out of your mind. Ha ha ha...
Let's talk about the ingredients
Now to make a decent sandwich at your home let's first look and see what you have in your pantry. Not everyone's pantry will have the same amount of ingredients that is of course an important factor to this sandwich dilemma that we have. But it does not mean that you can't still make a great sandwich. So let's start there.
If you have bread great.
If you have cheese great.
Almost everyone has tomatoes and unions. Preferably red unions because those are sweeter and we prefer the taste of the red unions always.
Next, do you have bacon in your pantry.
You must have eggs of course. That will be the protein for this sandwich today.
Do you have mushrooms.
Do you perhaps have rocket if you do great, if you don't then don't stress.
Now we take this to a further level of exceptionality. Do you have dijon mustard.
or sweet chilli sauce. Now remember you can only use one. Either wise the flavors will clash with each other and ruin the taste of this delicious sandwich that you are going to build in your kitchen you have to pick one of the two.
Let's build your sandwich
First things first the ingredients if you have those great. Now the pan, you need to have a griller pan with the ribs in order to create the lines on the toasted bread. It makes the bread looks more aesthetically pleasing.
We now first start by cutting up the cheese into thin long slices. Then the unions into thin long slices, the tomatoes you cut into 1 cm thick slices. Because we are going to slightly grill them first. But we will get to that. Then the bacon we leave them in the long thin strips.
You first start by cooking the bacon, make sure you cook them just before crispy and golden but still a bit soft. Season to your liking absolutely no limits with the seasoning. Just remember now the bacon it already has a saltiness to it so it would only require a small amount of salt. If you like salt. Ad a pince of black pepper to the bacon. You want to start there because your going to use the same pan in order to grill the tomatoes once the bacon is finished.
The tomatoes you salt lightly with black pepper and then place them in the pan you just cooked the bacon in. Grill them for a few seconds aside. You are simply building the flavor profile.
Now if you can at home work with two pans at the same time. This will save you time. But if you are not able to this is a one pan plan recipe.
The juices that was left behind after you cooked the bacon and the tomatoes place those into cup for later we will make a sauce with this.
Into the other pan (without) the grill lines this we cook the eggs with. Cook the eggs to your prefered liking, sunny side up, hard doesn't really matter this is your sandwich
Once the eggs are finished now you can cook the mushrooms. Make sure to use butter for this one. Because butter makes everything better. It ads the creaminess factor the flavor profile of this sandwich. Ad some additional spices like oregano, thime, rosemary, basil or parsley.
Once the mushrooms are done, remove from the pan. Now we start to build our sauce. Use the same butter in the pan, ad the oil of the other pan you placed aside with just a touch of boiling water. Then the dijon mustard, a bit of cream and an extra cube or two of butter. Ad a small amount of all purpose flour to thicken the sauce. Then stir until it becomes smooth and silky. Now ad some more parsley or basil in the sauce and put the mushrooms back into the sauce you had just created and let simmer.
TIME TO BUILD OUR SANDWICH
Clean the other pan with the grill lines first before using it again. We need a clean pan to make those lines on the sandwich. Building your sandwich will take some effort. Cheese first because you need the cheese closest to the bread in order to melt faster. No one likes a cheesy sandwich where the cheese hasn't melted. Then the egg, then the bacon, now the tomatoes make sure to ad some additional black pepper and salt on the tomatoes. Then the sauce with the mushrooms. If you can place a extra few slices of cheese on top of the sauce. Now start to grill the sandwich on the pan until both sides are perfectly golden brown and crispy and when the cheese is melted the sandwich is done and ready to be devoured.
That sandwich is "Fucking hot" so be careful. Take a bite and enjoy. See you soon.
