We are proud to present you with our very first Edition Food Magazine Issue one.
We have spent many years researching and developing our techniques and skills in the kitchen in order to give our clients and loyal customers the best tasting experience in our restaurants and bakery.
Our Bakery and Pizzaria was built off of a labor of love. With our experience in the culinary industry we went through difficult times in batch testing, taste testing, ingredients testing and techniques within the world of culinary arts.
Now with the knowledge we gained we can take you through an experience of flavors in the kitchen to make your very own experiences at home an elevated one.

Cafe Panetteria Italian Seafood Pasta dishes
Everyone enjoys a great seafood pasta dish throughout there lives at some point. Some seafood pasta dishes are not all created equal because not all ingredients are as fresh as it should be or is as well prepared.
Here at Cafe Panetteria seafood pasta dishes are inspired by our childhood and spending time with our Nonna and Nonno when we grew up. So we were taught that each dish is made with love and you should take care of the ingredients.
Because if the ingredients are fresh and well grown from your garden then you don't need to worry about the quality. Because a quality vegetable or ingredient when grown the correct way will reward you in the kitchen ten times over.
The seafood should be fetched the morning of at the fish market or harbor so that you know those are fresh. Never sacrifice the freshness of your ingredients and always try for the best quality.
Our Nonna always used to let us watch when we grew up when she prepared the dishes on a Sunday morning and told us " not to talk" while she was busy. So that we could see what she was doing with all the ingredients.
This showed us that every single dish was made with such careful preparations and very meticulous steps was taken for each process of the dish.
That is why it is so important to take your time when it comes to cooking amazing food.
