Pre-ordering at Cafe Panetteria

Welcome to the Cafe Panetteria pre-order instructional page. Our process is simple and easy to follow. We appreciate each and every customers order and we make it our priority to provide them with the best Italian baked goods from our bakery.
So welcome to the Cafe Panetteria baking family.

pre-ordering is so important

Cafe Panetteria is an Italian artisan bakery franchise. We provide our customers with classical Italian and French artisan baking products. We specialize in 4 unique products. Sourdough bread products, Neapolitan pizzas, Italian & French pastries and desserts. Specifically our sourdough bread products. This means that it takes time for us to produce a well made sourdough bread product. It sometimes takes 24-hours or more to produce a well made artisan sourdough bread of ours.
To ensure that you have the best chance of ordering the item you want. Like our most popular ones are usually sold out by the end of the day. Like our traditional sourdough round breads, French baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolate and not forgetting our Sfogliatella our staple Italian pastry. 
Make sure to pre-order yours a head of time.

When you pre-order it helps us plan our schedule much more sufficient and we can priorities your order before any other. 

Our products are made with a natural fermentation process that takes time to develop the flavor. Because our products are all sourdough recipes. This means we need more time for our products to proof and to rise and for the flavor to develop. For larger quantities we need a bit more preparation time.

  • Sourdough bread selections - These will require 24 hours in advance  

  • Sourdough pastry selections - These will require 36 hours in advance

  • ​Pizza selections - Our pizzas are usually ordered on a Wednesday for fridays. These will require 48 hours in advance. ​​

We Priorities yours first

Our clients are our top priority so if you place a pre-order with Cafe Panetteria you get the A list treatment. We assure you that your order gets the necessary care that you need. This means that your order gets first in line for the day of delivery or pickup the morning of the scheduled date. 

Collection times

- Our pre-order collections are scheduled in the morning between: 08:45 am 
- Collections time scheduled deadlines are until: 15:00 pm from ( Mon to Fri )
- If the client could not collect we will keep the items until the next day and arrange with the client for collection.

When you place your order.
- Please provide us will your full name. 
- Your email address.
- The order number that you received via our email at orders@cafepanetteria.com
- Your contact number.
and the collection date and time.
When you collect your baked goods please provide us with your full name and contact number with the order number.

Placing your order

- You can now place an order for pre-orders via our business whatsapp number at +27 79 970 4209
We will respond to you swiftly during our working hours on the same day if we received your email during that day.
After hours emails will be responded to the following day. 
Because we are often busy baking we do get busy at some point. So please be patient with us - and give us a moment to respond.
