Sourdough folded puff pastry roles. These are just a delightful accident that happened. Made as a puff pastry but surprisingly a bread with traditional buttery flavors. We make them in larger sourdough loaves as well. A thin puff pastry crust with a soft bread centre. Just add butter and your favorite jam.  ​
