This classic Italian pastry that was originally created in Naples Italy in the 1600's. Made to look like a shell. Filled with a creamy mixture of  ricotta cheese, lemon zest and vanilla. This pastry is best enjoyed direct out of the oven and dusted with a light coating of powdered sugar.
