This Classic New York Style Bagel is a non sourdough version of our bread products, Available in Sourdough as well on request. We prefer to use authentic recipes that was perfected through years of research and recipe development for our baked  products. 
 
Our New York Style Bagels uses the same premium quality ingredients from all of our baked bread products but with a different recipe and technique that makes the New York Style Bagel so unique and flavorful.
